What am I purchasing?+
You are purchasing a digital file, usually a PDF, for you to download and print. The exact file type and page count are listed on each product page.
Will I receive a physical product?+
No. TiffSprig Printables sells digital products only. No physical product will be packaged or shipped.
How do I download my files?+
After checkout, Verifone/2Checkout will send the receipt and download instructions configured for the product. Use the email address entered at checkout.
Can I print the files more than once?+
Yes, for personal use or one classroom, unless the individual product listing says otherwise. Please do not share or redistribute the files.
Can I use these products commercially?+
No commercial rights are included. You may not resell, redistribute, or use the files in products for sale. See the Digital Product License for details.
What file format will I receive?+
Most products are high-resolution PDF files. Check the product page for the exact format and page size.
Can I receive a refund for a digital product?+
Digital files cannot usually be returned once downloaded. If you have an issue with a purchase, contact us so we can help. Please review the Refund Policy for the final terms that apply to your purchase.
What should I do if my download does not work?+
Check your receipt email and spam folder first. If the download link still does not work, use the Contact page and include the order email and product name. Do not share payment card details.
Do I need an account?+
No account is required. Guest checkout is available through the secure hosted checkout.
Will checkout ask for my shipping address?+
This store only sells digital products. This site does not request a shipping address. The checkout provider may collect billing information needed for payment or tax compliance.
